Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit and debit card payments although debit cards are preferred!

Payment will be taken at submission of order. You may send your credit card information via the internet, phone, fax or snail mail. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, on dispatch of your goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. We will try and deliver a similar item.

The Buyer must be over 18 years of age and must have completed the registration process set out on the website.

All Goods ordered must be worth £40.00 or more (including delivery charge).

We can accept your order before 2.00pm two days before you require delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, the price for goods shall be that which is set out on the website at the time your order is accepted by us.

The majority of products are free from VAT. 17.5% is already added for applicable items.

Where goods are priced by weight, these weights are guides and the weight of the item that you receive could vary from the stated weight by up to 10%.

Shipping And Handling

food4myholiday.com uses its own transportation or a network of reputable local and national courier companies who guarantee that your goods will arrive in suitable condition.

Delivery Schedule

We will make every effort to have your goods delivered on the day you have requested between 2pm and 6pm. However, we will not be liable if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery is made to the address specified upon the order form. It is up to you to make sure we have the correct delivery address and a contact telephone number.

Where possible, our helpful drivers have permission of entry to your self-catering accommodation within the area outlined on the web-site. They will leave chilled goods in the fridge and will leave dry goods on an appropriate work surface within the kitchen area. If you are in your accommodation they will only enter with your agreement.

We charge £6.99 (including VAT) for delivery to the following postcodes; PL10, PL11, PL12, PL13, PL14, PL17, PL22 and PL26. If you require a delivery to be made outside of this area you must contact us to make specific arrangements. On receipt of the goods, if they are found to be incomplete, incorrect or damaged, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery. We shall at our discretion, replace or give credit for any defective goods.

Food4 Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.Data collected by this site is used to:

Remittance Terms

You may cancel or change your current order no later than 72 hours before the day of delivery by calling 01579 324176 between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.
