We can accept your order until 2.00pm two days before you require delivery date. Please call us if you wish to place an order later than this.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit and debit card payments although debit cards are preferred!
Payment will be taken at submission of order. When the order is placed at our website, credit card information is taken directly in an encrypted form by our bank's payment service provider, SagePay.
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will substitute a smilar itme or make a refund.
Our minimum order is £48.00 (including delivery charge).
Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, the price for goods shall be that which is set out on the website at the time your order is accepted by us.
The majority of products are free from VAT. VAT is already added for applicable items.
Where goods are priced by weight, these weights are guides and the weight of the item that you receive could vary from the stated weight by up to 10%.
food4myholiday.com uses its own transportation or a network of reputable local and national courier companies who guarantee that your goods will arrive in suitable condition.
We will make every effort to have your goods delivered on the day you have requested between 2pm and 6pm. However, we will not be liable if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery is made to the address specified upon the order form. It is up to you to make sure we have the correct delivery address and a contact telephone number.
Where possible, our helpful drivers have permission of entry to your self-catering accommodation within the area outlined on the web-site. They will leave chilled goods in the fridge and will leave dry goods on an appropriate work surface within the kitchen area. If you are in your accommodation they will only enter with your agreement.
We charge *£7.99 (including VAT) for delivery throughout Cornwall. If you require a delivery to be made outside of this area you must contact us to make specific arrangements. [Hampers are of course inclusive of nationwide delivery.]
On receipt of the goods, if they are found to be incomplete, incorrect or damaged, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery. We shall at our discretion, replace or give credit for any defective goods.
*The National Trust owns approximately 40% of the Cornish Coastline, which includes some of the most beautiful parts. This land is held in trust for all by the National Trust. Access to these areas is maintained in the form of footpaths and car parks, £1 on the delivery charge will go towards this work. The National Trust has a large number of tenant farmers who work to produce food on this land and your donation will also go towards maintaining the farming practices in this area, which then provides some of the great produce that you will be enjoying from your Food4myholiday hamper
