Jackie Taylor

Jackie has been involved with food4myholiday from its very early days. Initially involved in developing the food4 website (as Herodsfoot Webworks, alongside husband Peter), she liked the concept and potential of food4 so much that she ended up as part of the company! She brings 11 years' as a rural holiday cottage owner/manager, extensive experience of on-line marketing of small tourism enterprises, and a strong personal committment to supporting local businesses - perfect for food4myholiday!

Iain Shillito

A recent addition to the Food 4 team is chef Iain Shillito. After gaining a Degree in Fine Art Iain started his career as a chef in Falmouth before running a private ski chalet in the French Alps. After a few years Iain and his wife Amy returned to England working in Bath and Polzeath before moving to Looe to open Bywater Restaurant. The restaurant quickly became a favourite with locals and holidaymakers alike. Iain’s focus has always been on sourcing fresh, seasonal local produce and uses a lightness of touch to allow the flavors of the ingredients to shine through.
