We will make every effort to deliver your groceries on the day you have requested us to, and between the hours of 2pm and 6pm.

However, we regret that we cannot accept responsibility if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delivery is made to the address specified on the order form, therefore please ensure we have the correct delivery address and a suitable contact telephone number.

Wherever possible, our helpful drivers will have gained prior permission to enter your self-catering accommodation within the area outlined on the web-site, from your designated holiday provider. Our drivers will place any chilled and frozen goods in the fridge and freezer and they will place all dry goods on an appropriate work surface within the kitchen area. Please be assured that if you are in your accommodation at the time of our delivery our driver will only enter the premises with your express permission.

Our delivery charge for deliveries made throughout Cornwall and parts of West Devon is £8.50, including VAT. If you require a food delivery to be made outside of this area please contact us prior to placing your order, to make specific delivery arrangements for your intended purchase.

All of our hampers are available for nationwide delivery as standard, and the respective charge for this service is £9.50 per order.

Alternatively you can select the option to collect your hamper or holiday food shop in person from our farm shop in Looe, during shop opening times. The respective delivery charge that would’ve been applied will subsequently be removed. You can find us at Tredinnick Farm Shop, Widegates, Looe, PL13 1QL and our opening times are Monday to Saturday; 9am – 6pm and Sundays; 10am – 5pm.

On receipt of the goods, if they are found to be incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery. We shall at our discretion, replace or give commensurate credit for any defective goods.

Making A Purchase

We can accept your order up until 2.00pm two days prior to your required delivery date. However please do call us if you wish to place an order later than this.

Making a purchase via or website could not be easier! Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, please click on ‘Checkout’, where you will be asked for a few details so that we can complete your order for you.

Payment will be taken at the time that you submit your order and we accept Pay Pal, debit and most major credit cards as methods of payment. When your order is placed via our website, credit card information is taken directly in an encrypted form by our bank’s payment service provider, Sage Pay.

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will substitute with a similar item and reserve the right to do so for up to three items, otherwise we will make a refund for the respective sum.

Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, the price for goods shall be that which is set out on the website at the time your order is accepted by us.

The majority of food products on our website will be free from VAT, however, VAT will automatically be added to relevant items where VAT is not exempt.

Where goods are priced by weight, these weights are guides and the weight of the item you receive could vary from the stated weight by up to 10%.

Shipping And Handling

Food4myholiday.com uses its own transportation for the delivery of its food items, which do not form part of our national hamper delivery service. However, if circumstances arise beyond our control which makes this impossible, we reserve the right to engage the services of a network of reputable local and national courier Companies, who guarantee that your goods will arrive in a suitable and protected condition.
Charitable Partnership with The National Trust

The National Trust owns approximately 40% of the Cornish Coastline which also includes some of the most stunning places that this beautiful region has to offer. The land is held ‘in trust’ for all by the National Trust and access to these areas is maintained in the form of coastal footpaths and car parks. We make a donation from the sales of our hampers to help the important work of the National Trust and to help look after our beautiful coast and landscape for generations to come.

The National Trust also has a large number of tenant farmers who produce food on this land and your donation will help to maintain these farming communities, which in turn help to produce some of the great food you will be enjoying in your Food4myholiday food shop!

Privacy Policy

Food4myholiday do not disclose our customers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to ‘Tools | Internet Options | Privacy’ and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, please be advised that you will not be able to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

Data collected by this site is used solely to:

Returns Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase and up to 72 hours prior to the despatch date.

On receipt of the goods, if they are found to be incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery. We shall at our discretion, replace or give commensurate credit for any defective goods.

Alternatively, should you need to arrange return of your purchase you must do so within 24 hours of receipt and the purchase price will be refunded to you upon its receipt, excluding postage costs.

We reserve the right to change these conditions at any time, however, the terms and conditions that apply are those at the time the contract is entered into.

Remittance Terms

If you need to cancel or change your current order you may do so no later than 72 hours before the scheduled date of delivery by calling 01503 240992 between the hours of 9.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday and 10am – 5pm on Sundays.
